Job Title : Medical Receptionist
Location:  Tulsa, OK
Pay : $17/hr
Hours:  Monday–Friday,6:30am - 3pm

Medical Receptionist Job Summary

Provide front-office administrative support in a medical setting while assisting patients, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily office operations.

Medical Receptionist Job Duties

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Verify and update patient information as needed.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff.

Medical Receptionist Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of recent medical office or medical receptionist experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Professional and customer-service-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
