Assistant Manager

Assistant General Manager Jersey Mike's Subs is looking for Assistant General Managers to join our team. Responsibilities Maintain restaurant cleanliness and appearance. Work in a fast‑paced, team‑driven atmosphere. Multi‑task and operate with a sense of urgency. Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience. Demonstrate accountability and integrity. Assume key holder duties. Perform all opening and closing procedures. Bake bread and complete all prep tasks. Manage and lead a crew of 3 to 7 people. Proficient in slicing. Create and maintain employee schedules. Place inventory orders. Fill in for Manager in all capacities when needed. Assist in employee training. Lead by example. Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions. Qualifications High school degree or equivalent. 1 year QSR experience preferred. Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer. Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler required. Must have reliable transportation. Key Competencies Excellent menu and product knowledge with an awesome personality.
