Collaborate with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to provide outstanding Speech Language Pathology services to children in need Develop your skills, career, and expertise within a supportive team-based environment Provide telehealth services to a diverse population of school‑aged children Work on a flexible schedule designed to meet your needs (minimum 15 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week) Maintain an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence and in North Carolina in good standing Hold Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCCs) Be a full‑time resident of the United States Have experience working with school‑aged pediatric populations Be comfortable with various types of technology Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes Participate in IEP and team meetings, serving as case manager or process coordinator Prepare progress reports as requested by schools and complete Medicaid billing where necessary Compensation This is a W2 employment opportunity. Compensation varies by geographic location: providers living in CA, HI, and NY earn $44‑$54 per hour; a broad group of states earn $44‑$54 per hour; other states earn $44‑$49 per hour; yet another group earns $44‑$47 per hour. In addition, providers who work 60 hours or more in a pay period (approximately every two weeks) and meet eligibility criteria can earn up to a $250 monthly incentive (up to $3,000 per year). Exact hourly rate will ultimately depend on factors such as geographic location, skills, and qualifications.
