Reports to: Warehouse Manager Dry Warehouse/Cooler Employee Status: Full-time Shift: Monday- Friday 7am- 3pm Salary: $20- $22 per hour, dependent on experience POSITION DESCRIPTION The Dry Warehouse/Cooler employee will be an active participant in our dry cooler/warehouse operations and activities. You will store materials, and pick and load orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Candidates should be motivated and a self-thinker with a good attendance record. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Re-stock dry warehouse and cooler using product in proper rotation **1st in, 1st out** Picking orders in warehouse/cooler Month-end inventory Driving forklift in cooler Receiving in products Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Read, write, and understand English language Ability to do simple math Standing and operating for lift equipment (stand-up forklift with clamp) Ability to lift up to 50lbs Pushing / Pulling up to 200 lbs Working in up to -20 degree temperatures BENEFITS Medical and dental insurance after 30 days of employment.
