We are looking for an experienced Admin with excellent customer service and a winning attitude for our fast-paced environment. Summary This position handles all administrative work in the dealership, processes customer purchase packets to send accurate and complete contracts to the appropriate bank. What We Offer:

- Review and process all documents associated with customer vehicle purchase including the bank contract while ensuring all documents are signed properly
- Post service tickets to correct GL
- Post vendor invoices
- Take customer payments
- Accurately maintain filing system for car deals
- Properly represent the dealership to its customers and vendors in a friendly manner
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Automotive Billing experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized with a keen attention to detail
- Strong computer & phone skills
- Professional personal appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the United Sates, be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
