Agile Coach / RTE

Role Description

Seeking a Agile Coach/RTE to join their Value Management Office (their PMO) within their Applications IT organization. You will be the PMO contact allocated to supporting the ServiceNow Platform team. This team consists of 5-7 sub teams, some of which are off shore. These teams have base level practical agile knowledge and have done the ground level courses. You will need to step in at first as an agile coach, meet these teams where they are and provide coaching.

• Coach executive leaders who are not agile experts.
• Transition into the role of an RTE as it makes sense after 3-6 months.
• Build a strong relationship with the ServiceNow team and stay engaged as an RTE for years to come.
• Consult with other teams in the future on the apps side, but primarily support ServiceNow for now.

Qualifications

• Agile Coaching
• Familiarity working with ServiceNow Devs and Admins preferred
• RTE experience
• Large complex environment experience
