Accounts Receivable SpecialistProcess and reconcile account receivables and remittances Review all remittance from customers or clients, and match the payments to the appropriate invoices Create regular reports to accurately track financial information Perform audits of the general ledger and company financial documents Apply cash receipts to maintain and increase customer percent current balances Ensure timely payments while maintaining positive customer relations Initiate customer inquiries to resolve various claims, credit memos, deductions and short payments Adjust customer account balances to reconcile and clear various account discrepancies Maintain awareness to adverse / declining payment trends with assigned customers Monitor the team Inbox and respond timely to internal and external customer inquiriesreconciliation, accounts receivable, Accounting, jd edwards, oraclereconciliation, accounts receivable, Accounting3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Collections/Cash Applications experience JD Edwards and/or Oracle experience required Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Excel Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Intermediate LevelThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
