Role Overview The Technical University Recruiter will report to the North America Head of University Recruiting and will be responsible for executing our campus talent pipeline strategy across the Americas region. While this role sits in the early-career and internship space, we place a premium on candidates with a strong Technical Recruiting framework who can easily grasp and articulate highly complex technical concepts to emerging engineering talent. This is a highly KPI-driven environment perfect for a data-savvy recruiter who thrives on hit-the-ground performance metrics and is comfortable operating with high autonomy.

- Experience: 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (corporate, agency, or contractor backgrounds are fully welcome).

- Full-Cycle Execution: Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume technical intern and full-time early career roles across multiple technical and non-technical business lines.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and targeted university partners.
- Campus & Virtual Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute regional campus events, career fairs, networking nights, and virtual recruiting initiatives.
- Intern Programming: Support the end-to-end design and delivery of summer and year-round intern program activities, including onboarding, engagement events, and performance evaluations.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Act as a brand ambassador at targeted schools, conferences, HBCUs, and HSIs to drive diverse talent pipelines.
- Data & Compliance: Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to continuously optimize sourcing outcomes in our KPI-driven environment while ensuring compliance with hiring, immigration, and export control requirements.
