As parts move through, you watch indicators, listen for changes in rhythm, and verify dimensions against specs. When a teammate needs an extra set of hands on assembly, you jump in—keeping quality top of mind. You tidy your station as you go, escalate any unusual noises or alarms to your supervisor, and wrap the day by sharing insights from a training module that sharpened your technique. That’s a day in the life of our Precision Production Technician.

• Run and oversee manufacturing equipment to keep production moving efficiently.
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks to uphold strict standards.
• Assemble components to specification with accuracy and consistency.
• Keep your work area orderly to support safety and speed.
• Partner closely with team members to achieve output targets and timelines.
• Immediately report equipment issues or safety risks to supervisors.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Collaborative mindset and reliable communication skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and adaptability to new processes and technologies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
