What You'll DoPerform dimensional calibration of robotic welding syst emsSet up and operate FARO Vantage laser track ersLevel rails, tracks, robots, and position ersPerform robot calibration using RoboDK and Yaskawa teach penda ntsVerify systems meet dimensional tolerances before customer hand offTroubleshoot calibration, software, and hardware issues in the fi eldDocument calibration results and maintain accurate repo rtsTravel to customer sites for installations and recalibrations (60-70%) What We're Looking For5+ years of metrology experience Hands-on experience with FARO Vantage or FARO ION laser trackers Strong PolyWorks experience Experience calibrating industrial robots RoboDK experience preferred Yaskawa/Motoman teach pendant experience preferred Ability to interpret GD&T and dimensional tolerances Strong troubleshooting skills Excellent documentation and reporting Comfortable traveling 60-70% Bonus Experience Python scripting PolyWorks macros RoboDK APIFARO certification CMS certification Robotic welding Heavy industrial manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
