Your New Role

The Concrete Lifting Lead Technician is a hands-on field leadership role. You will lead a small crew to diagnose settlement issues, calculate material needs, and execute polyurethane foam or mudjacking leveling procedures. This position bridges the gap between field labor, customer service, and equipment maintenance, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within safety standards, and to the customer's satisfaction.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring a small crew in the field
• Operating and maintaining concrete lifting equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency
• Solving on-the-job challenges quickly and effectively
• Communicating with clients and ensuring top-quality results
• Keeping a safe, clean, and organized job site

 

Job Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in concrete lifting (poly-jacking or mudjacking)
• Leadership: Experience leading a crew or team on job sites
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of concrete lifting equipment and maintenance
• Physical: Must regularly lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing 50 to 80+ pounds. Must tolerate working outdoors for 8–10 hours a day in varying weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain). Regular physical stamina required for bending, kneeling, stooping, and standing on hard surfaces
• Safety: Familiarity with OSHA protocols (OSHA 10 preferred)
• Problem Solving: Good judgment under pressure and ability to adapt on the job
• Math & Tech: Basic math and computer skills for tracking materials and time
• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and occasional out-of-town projects
