We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional who is committed to making a meaningful impact.Position OverviewThis role is responsible for overseeing multiple service programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supporting staff, and maintaining high-quality care for individuals served.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and lead team meetings related to program operations and client careReview and recommend updates to service plans in collaboration with Support Coordinators and Case ManagersMaintain strong knowledge of Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) regulations, policies, and licensing requirementsEnsure all programs remain compliant with state and federal regulations, including DDD and DHS standardsSupervise and support program supervisors to promote positive outcomes for individuals servedGuide staff in assessing client needs and strengths using observation and appropriate assessment toolsPromote appropriate programming and support systems tailored to each individualEnsure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and program manualsConduct regular program visits and provide supervision to program supervisorsComplete weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits to maintain quality and complianceDevelop and manage staff schedules as neededOversee implementation of care plans and ensure accurate documentationProvide regular updates and reports to the Program Director, including monthly reportingQualificationsBachelor 's degree requiredValid driver's licenseMust be at least 18 years of ageAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbsSuccessful completion of all required training programsMust cooperate with licensing inspections and regulatory reviewsCompensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision insurance optionsLife insurance coverage401(k) plan with access to financial advisingPerformance -based bonus opportunitiesEmployee referral incentivesBirthday incentivesPaid time offDiscounted services with a chiropractor, personal trainer, and nutritionistAPluscare Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining an inclusive workplace.
