Accounts Receivable Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in Columbus, OH to hire an Accounts Receivable Coordinator. This opportunity is ideal for an early-career accounting or billing professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is looking to continue building their accounts receivable experience.
The primary focus of this position will be billing within a professional services/legal environment, along with supporting accounts receivable activities and working closely with internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and an upbeat, professional personality. Responsibilities:- Prepare, review, and process client invoices accurately and within established deadlines
- Maintain billing information and make updates or adjustments as needed
- Assist with accounts receivable activities, including researching outstanding balances and payment discrepancies
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing questions and ensure accurate invoicing
- Maintain organized and accurate billing and accounts receivable records
- Provide additional accounting and administrative support as needed
- At least 2 years of billing, accounts receivable, billing and accounting experience
- Previous experience in the legal industry required
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and overall comfort working with spreadsheets and financial data
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Professional, upbeat personality with the ability to communicate effectively across different teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
