Pay & Benefits

• Pay rate: $19.50/hour

What You'll Do

• Perform general cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgeries including coronary artery bypass, valve repairs, aneurysm repair, lung resections, and chest wall procedures
• Manage postoperative and inpatient care within a full-service acute care hospital setting
• Conduct procedures such as endarterectomy and bronchoscopies
• Evaluate and manage acute volume and blood pressure issues
• Collaborate with onsite lab and radiology services using EPIC documentation system
• Provide call coverage as needed for emergency and scheduled surgeries

What You Need

• Active Ohio medical license and board certification in surgery
• Proven experience in cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment

About the Assignment

This opportunity is at a full-service hospital with 250 beds and 60 ICU beds, located in Springfield, Ohio. You will be responsible for a full range of cardiothoracic procedures, with support staff including mid-level providers. The facility provides a collaborative environment dedicated to patient care excellence.
