We know that everything is impossibleuntil someone does are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance and Operations Manager to provide leadership and oversight of the Districts maintenance custodial grounds and facilities operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our schools and facilities remain safe clean functional and well-maintained to support student learning and staff success. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and problem-solver with experience in supervising personnel coordinating maintenance projects managing work orders overseeing preventive maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. We are looking for a collaborative dependable professional who values teamwork accountability operational efficiency and exceptional service to our school community.

Requirements / Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalentFive (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in maintenance facilities grounds custodial operations building trades or a closely related fieldTwo (2) years of lead supervisory or management experience involving responsibility for assigning and directing the work of othersExperience utilizing computerized work-order maintenance-management or related information systemsValid California Drivers License
