Oversees content creation and distribution across various channels, ensuring messaging consistency aligned with organizational objectives. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners to support community-focused marketing initiatives. Analyzes market trends, directs digital marketing strategies, and monitors campaign effectiveness to promote continuous improvement. Leads and mentors the marketing team to enhance skills and drive results.ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:• Leads the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase hospital visibility and patient engagement.• Oversees content creation and distribution across various channels, ensuring messaging consistency aligned with organizational objectives.• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners to support community-focused marketing initiatives.• Analyzes market trends and directs digital marketing strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness.• Monitors campaign performance and implements continuous improvement measures.• Leads and mentors the marketing team to enhance skills and drive results.• Manages marketing budgets and resource allocation.• Ensures marketing initiatives comply with healthcare regulations and brand guidelines.QualificationsEducational Requirement: B.S. or B.A. in Marketing or related field, and 5 to 7 years or more marketing experience.Minimum Qualification:5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcareProficient in marketing automation platforms and Microsoft OfficeStrong skills in campaign development and executionExperience with market research and data analysisKnowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
