We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative community healthcare setting. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and family medical care.
• Develop and manage individualized patient treatment plans.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives and peer review.
• Support programs related to patient-centered medical home and healthcare quality standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in the education and supervision of medical and allied health professional learners as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school.
• Board Certification in the appropriate specialty.
• Active Oregon Medical License in good standing.
• Current DEA registration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience providing prenatal care.
• Experience with EPIC EMR.
• Previous experience working in an FQHC or FQHC look-alike setting.
