Lead efforts to deliver exceptional guest experiences by addressing feedback and resolving complaints. Participate in the hotel’s reputation management initiatives, ensuring positive reviews and feedback. Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and departmental performance. Maintain compliance with safety, health, and brand policies. Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public spaces, and facilities. Act as the primary point of contact for team members and guests in the absence of the General Manager. What You’ll Need: 2+ years of hotel operations experience, including supervisory roles.
