RN Case Manager

Position Overview: The RN Case Manager collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop and manage personalized care plans for an assigned caseload. What You Can Expect: Schedule: Part time/ 20 hours per week minimum, 10 Hour Shifts with weekend rotation Benefits: Full Benefits with hospital contributions Additional Pay: Cert Pay available for qualifying certifications AND shift differentials Qualifications: Education: Associates of Nursing Degree/Diploma Bachelor of Nursing Degree Experience: 2 years of RN experience Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in Idaho What's In It For You At St. Luke’s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission – and this includes our own SLHS team.
