Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans to support clients in developing effective pre-crisis and crisis strategies.

• Ensure timely completion of required documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining meticulous records of client interactions and progress.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as indicated by the clinical team to enhance assessment accuracy and therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that align with individual client goals.
\n
• Play an active role in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest clinical standards.
\n
• Serve as an effective liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners.
\n
• Maintain an open dialogue with agency stakeholders to foster effective communication and meet contractual obligations.
\n
• Build and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to promote our programs and attract new partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Engage in professional development activities to further personal and professional growth, including attending conferences, leading workshops, and participating in statewide committees.

• Integrate and promote the agency’s mission, values, and principles within all aspects of your work.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations.
