What You'll Do

  Lead, Coach & Develop Your Team

As a Team Supervisor, you'll help build a professional, accountable, and high-performing virtual team.

• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and support developing representatives

• Help team members establish performance and development goals

• Conduct virtual coaching, training, and development sessions

• Strengthen team communication, client-service, and consultative sales skills

• Track activity and performance to identify coaching opportunities

• Provide constructive feedback and individualized support

• Encourage accountability, consistency, and professional growth

• Recognize accomplishments and reinforce positive performance

• Help develop future trainers, mentors, and team leaders

• Foster a collaborative and supportive virtual team culture

  Serve Clients & Lead by Example

You'll also maintain firsthand knowledge of the client experience by working directly with individuals and families.

Responsibilities may include:

• Conduct virtual consultations through Zoom and phone

• Connect with clients who have requested information regarding available benefits

• Ask questions to understand individual and family needs

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Recommend appropriate solutions based on client needs

• Answer questions clearly and professionally

• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment

• Conduct policy reviews and provide ongoing service

• Assist with beneficiary updates and policy-related questions

• Maintain accurate digital client documentation

  Performance & Team Development

Great supervision is about helping people improve—not simply tracking numbers.

You'll work with your team to:

• Establish measurable goals and expectations

• Monitor individual and team activity

• Identify performance trends

• Develop strategies for improvement

• Coach representatives through challenges

  Weekly Performance-Based Compensation

This is a  commission-based independent contractor opportunity rather than a guaranteed hourly or salaried supervisor position .

Compensation opportunities may include:

  Insurance Licensing

Because this position involves insurance products, representatives must hold or obtain the appropriate  state Life & Health Insurance License  before performing activities that require licensing.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be physically located within the  United States

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop

• Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based business applications
