Director of Office Operations – Multi-Location Oral Surgery Practice We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of Office Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of our established, multi-location oral surgery practice. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across both locations Lead, support, and hold teams accountable Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and workflow Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement Coach employees and address performance or operational issues Maintain consistent policies and standards across locations Continuously improve efficiency and the patient experience Support marketing, referral relationships, and practice events Communicate regularly with practice ownership on performance and priorities Qualifications Dental or healthcare management experience strongly preferred Proven leadership and team-management experience Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable managing multiple locations and priorities Experience with KPIs and practice performance metrics We are looking for a dependable, motivated leader who takes ownership, develops strong teams, and is always looking for ways to improve the practice and patient experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pauline Grabowski & Associates
