Property Accountant: Real Estate Finance & Audit Expert

Evergreen Real Estate Group in Chicago seeks a Property Accountant to support accounting for assigned properties, including market rate and affordable housing. You will manage month-end closings, bank reconciliations, cash flow, and audit work papers while coordinating with owners and property managers. The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with 4–5 years in real estate; CPA is desirable.
