responsibilities:

• Perform high-output, accurate compound transfers while maintaining meticulous tracking records.
• Document all laboratory activities, data, and inventory precisely using Microsoft Excel.
• Manage laboratory inventory by receiving, logging, and stocking scientific supplies.
• Ensure a safe laboratory environment by handling and disposing of waste products according to strict guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) safety mandates and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Prioritize daily tasks effectively to adapt to shifting deadlines and team priorities.

qualifications:

Required:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (Chemistry or Biology preferred).
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Familiarity with basic laboratory equipment (such as balances) and standard lab practices.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team structure.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Comfort working with potentially hazardous materials while following safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
