This position offers the flexibility of remote work while serving clients in an outpatient office setting. As a valued member of our practice, you will engage with patients experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders.

Work Environment\n

This role allows for a hybrid work schedule, combining the convenience of remote therapy with the option for in-person sessions at our outpatient office in Irvine, California. As a mental health therapist with us, you will be expected to maintain a structured workday from Monday to Friday, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient requirements. Our office is equipped with modern technology that enhances the delivery of telehealth services, ensuring that our therapists can reach a broader range of clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to understand patients’ backgrounds, challenges, and treatment needs, creating individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to facilitate positive change in patients’ lives.

• Lead and support psychoeducational groups and support forums addressing topics relevant to mental health, fostering a sense of community and shared learning among participants.

• Coordinate care with a committed team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver comprehensive and integrated patient services.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to patients in acute distress or facing emergencies.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, emphasizing treatment options and available resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health records (EHR).

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in team meetings, case consultations, and training opportunities, staying current with industry advancements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
