Job Summary We are seeking a Barista to deliver world‑class service, keep the store clean and organized, and maintain a courteous service attitude. Responsibilities Maintain mission focus with an unwavering purpose to succeed in achieving our objectives as a company, a store, and as individuals. Pay attention to detail when providing quality beverages, retail items, and food products. Observe all standards pertaining to recipes, product quality, and health and safety. Keep a clean, set up, and organized workstation according to company standards. Ensure all equipment is operational and report any maintenance needs. Take initiative to anticipate customer needs and store environment based on cues. Communicate productively with team and management, assist in new team member training and acclimation, and contribute to a positive team environment and store culture. Act with radical transparency, integrity and commitment, promoting the culture and mission of the company. Adhere to operational policies and procedures including cash handling, safety, and health regulations. Celebrate team and individual achievements while reinforcing morale and the culture. Bring a customer‑first attitude and maintain a calm demeanor at all times. Education and Skill Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). 1+ year experience in a customer‑service environment (preferred). Previous work experience as a Barista or server is desirable. Willingness to learn new coffee techniques and equipment. Attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts. Basic math skills. Ability to gauge customers’ preferences. Excellent communication skills. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work / Physical Requirements Part‑time position that may require long hours including weekends and nights. Requires regular standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, twisting, rotating, and reaching; use of mechanical/brewing equipment; close vision required; light to moderate lifting; predictable attendance; and ability to work in a confined area and at a terminal for extended periods.
