About The Role

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Commercial Leasing Administrator to manage lease documentation and administration across our property portfolio. You’ll work closely with property managers, accounting, and outside counsel to keep every lease abstracted correctly, every key date tracked, and every tenant obligation clearly documented. This role plays a key part in protecting the accuracy of our lease data and minimizing risk across the portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Draft & Execute Leases: Draft and review lease language and amendments, support leasing specialists through the negotiation phase, and route documents for signature — confirming fully executed leases are filed and logged

• Administer Documents: Prepare, organize, and maintain lease files, amendments, notices, and related correspondence
\n
• Track Critical Dates: Monitor and flag upcoming renewals, expirations, rent escalations, and option deadlines with enough lead time to act
\n
• Engage Tenants: Serve as a point of contact for prospective and current tenants, fielding inquiries and coordinating tours, applications, and lease-related requests
\n
• Drive Leasing Marketing: Own marketing efforts for available space — producing listing updates, flyers, and marketing collateral, and keeping materials current across platforms
\n
• Generate Reports: Prepare lease expiration schedules, portfolio summaries, and other reporting for leadership and lenders
\n
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with property management, accounting, and legal to keep lease data accurate and current across systems
\n

What We Look For

\n
• 2+ years of experience in lease administration, commercial real estate, or a related legal/paralegal support role
\n
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
\n
• Familiarity with industry software such as MRI is a plus
\n
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and abstract commercial lease and license agreements
\n
• Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing a high volume of documents and deadlines
\n
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
\n

Compensation: $60,000-$70,000
