Senior Project Administrator

Leading end-to-end carrier migration efforts, the full-time Senior Project Administrator will manage complex projects, provide guidance to Project Administrators, and serve as a primary contact for purchased locations in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Oversee carrier migration activities from planning through completion, ensuring clear communication and support Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and maintain alignment on project priorities Support and mentor Project Administrators, reinforcing team standards and quality expectations Required qualifications Prior experience in carrier migration, operations, or a related field, preferably with insurance carriers Ability to work independently with strong ownership of responsibilities and outcomes Demonstrated informal leadership experience, including mentoring or guiding team members Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations effectively Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
