Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and provide treatment for a variety of medical conditions, utilizing your diagnostic skills to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with case management teams to formulate and implement effective discharge planning strategies for patients transitioning from inpatient to outpatient care.
• Engage in efforts to maximize cost-effectiveness and quality by participating in quality improvement initiatives and suggesting enhancements based on evidence-based practices.
• Accept patient referrals from other healthcare providers and serve as a consulting physician for those requiring hospitalization, ensuring coordinated and high-standard care.
• Document patient encounters in compliance with insurance standards and efficiently handle appeals for denied claims.
• Participate in both inpatient and outpatient specialty consultations, potentially including on-call responsibilities for urgent cases.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
