The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience supporting senior executives, possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to operate with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and initiative. This role requires a polished, resourceful, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can anticipate needs before they arise. Full-time position: may require occasional after-hours availability based on executive needs./ppSupervisory Responsibilities:/pulliThis position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities./li/ulpDuties/Responsibilities:/pulliManage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel./liliServe as a trusted gatekeeper, prioritizing requests and ensuring efficient use of the executives time./liliPrepare, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents./liliHandle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion./liliCoordinate and execute domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting./liliServe as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders./liliOrganize, prepare materials for, and take detailed minutes during meetings; track follow-up items to completion./liliManage special projects, deadlines, and initiatives as assigned by executive leadership./liliMaintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring easy information retrieval./liliSupport preparation for board meetings, leadership meetings, and major company events./liliBuild strong relationships across the organization and with external partners./liliDraft professional communications on behalf of executives./liliEnsure timely and accurate flow of information to and from executive leadership./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless operations./li/ulpRequired Skills/Abilities:/pulliExceptional written and verbal communication skills./liliStrong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)./liliProven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized under pressure./liliHigh level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence./li/ulpEducation and Experience:/pulliBachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field./liliExperience in a corporate, fast-paced, or high-growth environment./liliMinimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior-level executives./li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/ppThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job./pulliRequired to sit for extended periods of time and frequently traverse the building./liliRequires lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling light weights up to 30 pounds./liliMust have neat business-like appearance./liliMust have a valid drivers license./liliMust disclose any surgical implants, pins, braces or other devices that could be affected by induction fields./liliReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions./li/ulpSalary:/ppSalaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications./ppSalary Range: $4,700.00 - $6,250.00/month/ppRelocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position./ppCondition of Employment: Must be able to satisfactorily complete the Inductotherm Corp. hiring process requirements, which include drug testing, and a background check.
