Work Schedule 60% FTE, Monday through Friday, day hours. Hours may vary based on operational needs. Job Summary We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a highly innovative neurosurgical care model focused on patients with congenital conditions transitioning from pediatrics to adulthood. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate care across the continuum, emphasizing continuity and multidisciplinary collaboration. Host independent clinics to address ambulatory care needs. Independently round on patients when hospitalized. Assist in establishing best practices and shaping clinical workflows that serve as a model for similar programs nationwide. Education and Qualifications Education: Minimum If Nurse Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate's degree from an accredited Nursing Program. If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited PA Program. Licenses and Certifications: Minimum For Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in the State of Wisconsin. Active board certification as a NP in Acute Care only (Adult or Adult/Gerontology considered only if previous ICU experience). For Physician Assistant: Active PA license in the State of Wisconsin. Active PA board certification. All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have an active DEA license or the ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
