Position: EPM Recruiter — Expert Interviewer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Run structured interviews with shortlisted experts to assess domain depth, communication, and AI-evaluation fit.
- Confirm each expert's availability, work authorization, and exclusivity, identifying any red flags.
- Tier candidates as advance, hold, or pass, and write concise summaries for the program team.
- Coordinate scheduling within weekday business hours, focusing on EST-based experts.
- Conduct interviews independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Prior recruiting, interviewing, or expert-vetting experience.
- Strong communication and structured judgment skills.
- EST-overlapping availability during weekday business hours.
- Reliable commitment to about 10 hours per week, fully Remote .
