Local Company is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Temporary Executive Assistant / Data Entry / Office Administrator to support our team in Madison, Indiana. This is a temporary assignment expected to last 2+ months and is not a temp-to-hire position .

Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and office staff
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Create, update, and manage spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Handle correspondence, documents, and reports
- Schedule meetings and assist with calendar management
- Answer phones and direct inquiries as needed
- Support daily office operations and special projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration, executive assistance, or a related administrative role
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional and dependable work ethic
