Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) in the state
• CCC-SLP certification or eligibility highly preferred, CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus
• Comfortable with in-person and/or teletherapy service delivery as needed
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other therapists
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Provide direct therapy services according to students' needs in both in-person and teletherapy settings
• Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Offer consultation and support to staff and families to promote student growth and success
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
