What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina
• Experience working with K–12 students, including pediatric populations and early childhood
• Familiarity with both moderate and profound needs, adapting strategies as needed
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Flexibility to manage varied caseloads effectively

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individual therapy plans, adapting approaches for diverse learners
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain detailed records and prepare documentation to track progress and meet compliance standards
• Support IEP development, attending meetings as necessary and advocating for student needs
