This position leads and develops branch employees, ensures efficient day-to-day operations, implements strategies to achieve business goals, manages risk, and builds strong relationships with customers and the local community.Bachelor's Degree and/or three to five years of office experience, which includes supervisory responsibility and delivery experience.Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in branch operations, retail management, financial services, healthcare, distribution, or a comparable customer-focused environment.Two years of direct supervisory or management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development.Demonstrated experience managing operational performance, budgets, staffing levels, productivity, service quality, and key performance indicators.Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office products.DME Experience a plusRegisters or Certified Respiratory Therapist a plusJoin our team as we strive for excellence through teamwork, where our patients are #1!IHCS is an equal opportunity employer.
