Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Regional Director responsible for managing 8 OTP centers across Kentucky and Virginia. This role requires extensive travel and a strong understanding of market dynamics. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of leadership experience in the substance use disorder treatment field. You will lead regional talent management and ensure operational excellence while developing a strategy aligned with business objectives.
