Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology is required
• Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s), or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based speech therapy
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among pediatric students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent student progress
• Document and track student progress in compliance with school and professional standards
• Advocate for students’ communication access and serve as a resource for staff and parents
• Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise as needed
