What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Strong foundation in pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Comfort working collaboratively in a school or educational setting

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver engaging, effective therapy for pediatric caseloads
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders in IEP meetings and throughout students’ progress
• Document evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress as required
• Provide support and consultation to school staff regarding communication needs in the classroom
