We're looking for an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and working with a variety of technologies every day.

As a Level 2 IT Support Technician, you will support small and mid-sized businesses across multiple industries. You'll work with Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, networking equipment, cloud platforms, cybersecurity tools, and end-user systems. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has moved beyond basic help desk support and is ready to take ownership of more complex technical issues and client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical issues
• Administering Microsoft 365 environments
• Supporting Windows Server infrastructure
• Managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Deploying and configuring workstations, servers, and network equipment
• Supporting remote and onsite client environments
• Assisting with technology projects and migrations
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ticket notes
• Participating in an on-call rotation
• Working directly with clients to deliver an exceptional support experience

What We're Looking For

Required

• 3+ years of IT support experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
• Windows Server administration experience
• Experience working in a ticket-driven environment
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  

Preferred

• MSP experience
• Microsoft certifications
• CompTIA A+ or Network+
• Experience supporting multiple client environments
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
