** Executive Assistant to the CEO **

** RollShield LLC – Clearwater, Florida **

** Full-Time Position **

** RollShield LLC ** is a leading manufacturer and installer of hurricane protection products, specializing in hurricane shutters, impact windows and doors, and other exterior home improvement solutions. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to the CEO who can serve as a trusted right hand to the CEO and help keep priorities, communication, projects, and daily operations moving efficiently.

This is a key position for someone who ** thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, solves problems, ** and can confidently manage a wide variety of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.

** Key Responsibilities: **

• Provide direct executive and administrative support to the CEO.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, priorities, and daily schedule.
• Coordinate meetings, phone calls, follow-ups, and internal and external communications.
• Help prioritize incoming requests and ensure important matters receive timely attention.
• Draft and prepare correspondence, emails, reports, documents, presentations, and other business materials.
• Track projects, assignments, deadlines, and action items to ensure appropriate follow-through.
• Communicate with employees, customers, vendors, contractors, attorneys, and other business partners on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
• Assist the CEO with coordinating activities across multiple departments.
• Follow up with managers and team members regarding outstanding projects, assignments, and deadlines.
• Organize and maintain confidential company and executive records.
• Assist with contracts, permits, proposals, customer documentation, and other construction-related paperwork as needed.
• Help identify operational issues and proactively work toward solutions.
• Research information and prepare summaries or recommendations for the CEO.
• Assist with special projects and company initiatives.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding company, employee, customer, financial, and executive matters.
• Help create organization, accountability, and efficiency in a busy, rapidly changing environment.
• Perform additional executive-level administrative and operational duties as needed.

** Qualifications: **

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Administrator, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or similar role strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting a CEO, owner, president, or senior executive is highly desirable.
• Construction, manufacturing, home improvement, windows and doors, or related industry experience is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines without losing track of important details.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Confident, professional, and comfortable communicating with people at all levels of an organization.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs rather than waiting to be directed.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and general business software.
• Ability to learn new programs and systems quickly.
• Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Dependable, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
