Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly telehealth sessions with individual adults, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Develop and monitor treatment plans based on client evaluations, utilizing symptom self-assessments and progress measures to adjust interventions as necessary.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare providers to deliver holistic care and ensure the best possible treatment outcomes for clients.

• Participate in team meetings, providing insight into cases and gaining feedback to enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Document session notes and treatment progress accurately and timely in the electronic health record system to maintain compliance and support clinical decisions.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Licensing: Applicants must hold a full and unrestricted license to practice as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Attractive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
