Who you work with matters. We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn to specialize in flip home sales and build long term consistency in one of the most active segments of real estate while earning rewarding commissions. This is a strong fit for someone who wants to work closely with investors, builders, and clients focused on renovation and resale opportunities.

You will learn to collaborate with investors to identify strong opportunities, evaluate potential properties, and manage transactions from offer through closing. You will learn to present deals with confidence, understand renovation potential, and build relationships with repeat investor clients.

You will work within proven systems alongside experienced agents who understand how to create consistency in both flip and new construction sales. The focus is on building knowledge, sharpening evaluation skills, and developing steady production within a high demand niche of real estate.

Responsibilities

• Act as the professional intermediary when connecting with leads and industry professionals, so our company's standards and values are reflected in every transaction
• Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM, and convert them into buyers to meet monthly sales goals
• Adopt a learning mindset and cultivate a passion for knowledge in the Real Estate industry to help further your own career
• Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer, so the entire process is smooth and timely
• Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals
• New home developer lead follow-up
• New home builder lead generation

Qualifications

• A real estate license is required
• Good communication
• Sales experience
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Creates good rapport and works continually to develop a strong network
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs and systems
