About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to take the helm of a newly established sweepstakes operation. This pivotal role demands a leader with a strategic vision, capable of driving the business to meet and exceed revenue, margin, and growth objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full P&L, defining and executing the business strategy, and ensuring the operation is in full compliance with sweepstakes regulations. A key aspect of the role is to build and lead a high-performing team, and to develop and manage strategic partnerships to support the business's commercial performance. Candidates for the CEO position should have a proven track record of at least 5-10 years in hands-on leadership within iGaming, social casino, mobile games, or sweepstakes. The role requires a leader with strong commercial and financial acumen, a deep understanding of player behavior and monetization strategies, and experience in building scalable, data-driven operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of regulatory frameworks within sweepstakes or adjacent gaming models, and a history of successfully managing platform relationships, vendors, and partners.
