Job Description

Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Account Representative to join our team in Washington, DC .

In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact for customer accounts, helping ensure clients receive attentive, efficient, and professional service. You will work closely with customers and internal team members to understand account needs, provide solutions, maintain accurate information, and contribute to a positive overall customer experience.

Responsibilities
