Job Description

Madison Mac Haik Chevrolet is growing and looking for a high-performing Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven professional.

If you are a strong closer with a proven track record in F&I and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Structure and finalize finance deals in compliance with all regulations
Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, protection products, etc.)
Secure competitive financing options through lender relationships
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and lender guidelines
Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
Ensure accurate and timely paperwork completion

Qualifications:

Previous automotive dealership F&I experience required
3 - 5+ years of dealership Finance and Insurance preferred
Proven track record of production and profitability
Strong closing, communication, and customer service skills
Knowledge of compliance standards
Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude
