Quick Facts: Location: 5875 Bremo Road, Richmond, VA 23226 Start Date: 07/13/2026 End Date: Ongoing (coverage dates as specified) Shift: Monday – Friday (weekly); specific dates include 07/13–07/17, 07/20–07/24, 07/27–07/31, 08/03–08/07, 08/10–08/14, 08/17–08/21, 08/24–08/25 Hours/week: Full-time hours as scheduled Employment Type: Locum / Contract Licensure/Certifications: Medical License in Virginia or IMLC, Board Certified or BE in Hematology/Oncology, BLS, DEA Experience: Prior outpatient and inpatient Hematology-Oncology experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $19,500.00 Benefits Offered: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical Benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, travel, and other reimbursements applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support throughout assignment What You’ll Do: Provide inpatient and outpatient Hematology-Oncology care at a prominent hospital Oversee and coordinate care activities, including managing a NP Enroll patients in ongoing research studies and clinical trials Respond to call coverage needs (weekly M-F schedule) Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RN, NP, CNMs, and other specialists Document patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR Support patient care with adult populations, managing approximately 12–15 patients daily What You Need: Active Virginia medical license or IMLC in hand (preferred; might consider LOQ) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in hematology/oncology Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and oversee NP duties About the Assignment: This opportunity is at a reputable hospital located in Richmond, VA, primarily inpatient with some outpatient coverage.
