JOB DETAILS:
Coverage Location: Bon secours Richmond OB GYN St. Marys - 1501 Maple Avenue Suite 100 -MOB north west Richmond VA 23226
Practice Setting: Office and Hospital/call for OB-GYN
Reason for Coverage: Physician out on medical leave
Dates of Coverage: May 1 2026 thru August 31 2026
Schedule: office hours 8-4 for patient schedule / call hours 24 each day weekday included office schedule as well Call Schedule: yes thru perfect serve
Call Ratio: 1 in 4Total Number of Beds: n/a
Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: 25-30
Number of Physicians in Practice: 4 physicians 1 will be on leave and 5 midwives
How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 5
Number of Exam Rooms: 3 per provider

Describe Office Equipment: usual ob gyn equipment fetal dopplers colpo plastic and metal specs manual BP cuffs
Describe Support Staff: we have one on one clinical staff support per provider CMA LPN and RN

What Percentage of Practice is High Risk Pregnancy: 10
What Percentage of Practice is GYN: 20
Average Number of GYN Surgeries Per Day If Applicable: provider preference - 1-4 depending on case time required

Documentation System/EMR: EPC
Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2
Required Obstetrics Procedures: Low Risk Pregnancy i.e. history of twins toxemia pyelonephritis etc. FHR interpretation – NST/CST/FSE OB ultrasounds – performance of interpretation OB ultrasounds – performance of Level I/screening viability seasoned techs completing scans for provider reads Labor and Delivery Required Procedures: Routine delivery – vaginal low forceps decision-making for C-section complicated delivery – C-section breech multiple births abruptions etc. VBACs repair of 3rd amp 4th degree lacerations
Gynecology Required Procedures: Office/minor gynecology – IUD cystoscopy colposcopy cryosurgery LEEP etc. surgical gynecology – open laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only – tubal ligation LOAs chromal tubation operative/major includes diagnostic – ectopic pregnancy ovary removal cystectomy extensive LOAs

Schedule 24Hour, Office hours 8a-4p for patient schedule / call hours 24 each day weekday; 24hr weekend call coverage
