Job Description The Vendor Management Compliance Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for our client's vendors, ensuring compliance and process management and all employment labor laws are properly implemented and cascaded by both internal control and our vendor partners. Uses data analytics, reporting and industry knowledge to assist in educating and informing leaders of areas of opportunity and making recommendations to better meet the business needs. Stays connected to the external marketplace to bring expertise to the organization and to enable the program to deliver the best talent possible in the most efficient way. Support vendor invoice compliance and auditing with a focus on high-volume invoice review, discrepancy identification, and billing accuracy. Target candidates will have an Accounting Specialist-type background who meet Vendor Management Compliance Analyst minimum requirements. Responsibilities Review and audit a high volume of invoices against contract terms, rate cards, and PO scope. Identify billing discrepancies or incorrect charges and resolve with vendors, AP, and Supply Chain. Apply consistent billing standards and compliance practices across vendors to support audit readiness. Track and elevate compliance issues and support process improvements to reduce risk and improve accuracy. Qualifications Required Experience (Non-Negotiable) Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of experience in business analysis and/or vendor compliance audit roles. Experience processing and reviewing high volumes of invoices and managing billing exceptions. Experience reviewing invoices against contract terms and PO scope and resolving discrepancies cross-functionally. Working knowledge of contract compliance, vendor rate cards, and billing terms. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft or similar). Strong attention to detail in a compliance-focused environment. Preferred Experience / Background Accounting Specialist-style experience (billing, invoicing, AP/AR, financial operations). Experience supporting audit processes, compliance programs, or internal controls. Exposure to vendor management, contractor administration, or supplier performance tracking.
