Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP license (Illinois or eligible for reciprocity)
• Previous experience in school, Head Start, or Early Head Start programs preferred
• Strong IEP/ISSP collaboration skills
• Comfortable working with birth–5 populations and their families
• Flexibility to travel among three program sites

Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time SLP services throughout the school year within a birth–5 program
• Actively support Head Start and Early Head Start initiatives
• Collaborate with district teams on IEP/ISSP processes
• Serve as a resource for home visitors as outlined in plans
• Empower parents to take active roles in their child’s communication development
• Use a designated home base while traveling to additional program locations
